RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Return Intimation: 

You can either call our customer support Number 9629188139 or Email Us at agrifactoryy@gmail.com within 5 days from date of delivery.

The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return along with the copy of the product that is damaged / wrong product dispatched against the order that you placed) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.

Products can be returned or replaced within 5 days from the date of delivery. Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged products or incorrect product dispatched against the order placed or product has expired by the time of delivery that you received. Once opened, products are not eligible for exchange / return.

For Return / exchange, Products should be in original condition that you received it, unused and it’s sealed.

Once your return request is accepted, we will pick up the products from the same dispatched address and you will be notified with expected pickup date. You must share your invoice with courier partner for return pickup.

Refunds:

Once your return product is received and inspected, you will be notified with whether the refund was approved or not. The company reserves the right to accept /decline for refund to customer.
If it’s approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it generally takes around 7-15 days to reflect this amount.

Note: Minimal Transaction charges (2.5%) for domestic transactions will be deducted from the total amount as part of refund.

Exchange/Replacement:

Once your return product is received and inspected, you will be notified with whether your exchange request was approved or not. The company reserves the right to accept /decline for replacement to customer.

Once an exchange request is approved, the product will be delivered to you within 5-7 days.

Cancellation:

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped (within 24 hours). Your entire order amount will be refunded without deducting any transaction fees.

  • AGRI factory reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed for various reasons, including but not limited to the stock unavailability, pricing errors, Non-deliverable location, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
